Terms for using Funnel Studio services, website, and automated message flow setup.

Agreement To These Terms
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Funnel Studio services, website, messaging flows, and related business setup services. By using our website, contacting us, purchasing services, or allowing Funnel Studio to configure messaging flows for your business, you agree to these terms.
Services
Funnel Studio provides setup and configuration services for automated message flows on Facebook Messenger, Instagram, and related supported messaging tools. These flows may ask questions, collect customer information, qualify leads, and route inquiries to the business.
Funnel Studio may also provide consulting, flow design, setup assistance, troubleshooting, and light ongoing support as agreed with the customer.
Client-Owned Accounts
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, clients are responsible for owning and maintaining their own Facebook, Instagram, ManyChat, Meta, email, advertising, and related third-party accounts.
Funnel Studio may require access to client-owned accounts in order to perform setup or support services. Clients are responsible for granting, reviewing, and revoking that access as appropriate.
Third-Party Platforms
Funnel Studio services may depend on third-party platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Meta, ManyChat, Stripe, email providers, hosting providers, analytics tools, or other business software. Funnel Studio does not control these third-party services and is not responsible for outages, policy changes, pricing changes, account restrictions, or feature changes made by those providers.
Customer Leads And Follow-Up
Funnel Studio helps businesses collect and organize lead information, but Funnel Studio does not guarantee that any lead will become a customer, sale, appointment, booking, or paid job.
Clients are responsible for reviewing leads, responding to customers, honoring offers, complying with applicable laws, and managing their customer relationships.
Payments
Fees, payment terms, and service scope will be presented before work begins. Payment may be collected by invoice, Stripe, or another approved payment method.
Refunds
Because Funnel Studio provides setup, configuration, and service-based work, completed setup fees are generally non-refundable once work has begun. If a refund is offered, it will be handled at Funnel Studio’s discretion based on the scope of work completed and the specific circumstances.
Cancellations
Clients may cancel ongoing services by contacting Funnel Studio at sales@funnel.studio. Cancellation stops future service work but does not automatically cancel third-party subscriptions or tools owned by the client. Clients are responsible for managing their own third-party billing accounts.
No Guarantee Of Results
Funnel Studio makes no guarantee regarding the number of leads, quality of leads, sales, revenue, return on investment, or business results produced by any message flow, campaign, social media account, advertisement, or related setup.
Acceptable Use
Clients agree not to use Funnel Studio services for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, spam-related, or platform-prohibited activities. Clients are responsible for ensuring that their messaging, offers, follow-up, and business practices comply with applicable laws and third-party platform rules.
Intellectual Property
Funnel Studio retains ownership of its internal methods, templates, flow structures, documentation, and reusable business systems. Clients retain ownership of their business names, logos, customer data, social media accounts, and account-specific content.
Limitation Of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Funnel Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the services, third-party platforms, customer follow-up, platform outages, account restrictions, or business outcomes.
Changes To These Terms
Funnel Studio may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
